What products do you offer?
We specialize in fully customizable apparel and accessories, including:

If you can imagine it, we can customize it.
How does customization work?
You can personalize your item in three ways:
- Upload your own design (PNG, JPG, PDF)
- Add text using our fonts and colors
- Choose embroidery or print options depending on the product
Click “Customise” on any product page and the editing tool will open.
Do you offer embroidery?
Yes! We offer professional machine embroidery using the Melco EMT16X for clean, durable, high-quality stitching.
- Available on hats, hoodies, sweatpants, polos, and more
- Choose from multiple thread colors
- 3D puff embroidery is available for select items
Can I request a custom design not shown on the website?
Yes! You can contact us through our Contact page or email us at support@allbranding.shop with your idea, sketch, or reference image.

What file types do you accept for uploads?
We support the following file types:
- PNG (recommended for transparency)
- JPG
- Vector files (AI / SVG / EPS) — email these to us after checkout
Can I see a preview of my custom design before ordering?
Yes! Our customization tool shows a live preview as you design. For embroidery or more complex artwork, we can send a digital mockup upon request.
What is the difference between embroidery and printing?
Embroidery uses stitched thread — best for hats, hoodies, uniforms and premium apparel.
Eco-solvent printing uses durable ink — best for t-shirts, hoodies, photos and colorful designs.
If you’re not sure which is better for your design, contact us and we’ll recommend the best option.
Do you charge extra for more colors in my design?
For printing: No, the number of colors does not affect the price.
For embroidery: Sometimes yes, depending on thread count and design complexity.
How should I prepare my artwork for best results?
For best quality:
- Upload a PNG with a transparent background if possible
- Use 300 DPI resolution or higher
- Avoid blurry screenshots or low-resolution images
- Keep text thick enough for embroidery details
If you need help preparing the file, we’ll help fix it at no extra cost.
Can you remove the background from my uploaded image?
Yes — we can clean and remove backgrounds for most designs at no extra cost.
What if my design is too small or too large?
Our system will warn you if the design resolution isn’t ideal. If there’s an issue, we’ll email you before production to adjust the size or get a better file.
What is the processing time?
Processing times vary by product:
- Standard orders: 3–5 business days
- Custom embroidery: 5–7 business days
- Expedited orders: 24–36 hours processing (plus chosen shipping speed)
Can I make changes to my order after checkout?
If your order has not been processed or started, we can still make edits.
Please email us immediately at support@allbranding.shop with:
- Your order number
- The change you would like to make
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
You may cancel within 12 hours, unless production has already started.
Once production begins, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of the item.
Can I order just one item?
Yes! We have no minimum order for custom items.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from Wilkes-Barre, PA using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Free Shipping: Orders $100+ (under 10 lbs)
- Expedited Shipping: Processing time still applies
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to:
- USA
- Canada
More countries will be added soon.
What is your return policy?
- You have 30 days to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Custom items cannot be returned unless we made an error.
- If we made a mistake, we will replace or refund your item.

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my order.
Once a carrier marks a package “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If this happens:
- Check with neighbors or building staff
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early
- File a claim directly with the carrier
If you need assistance filing a claim, contact us — we’re happy to help.
What happens if my package is damaged during delivery?
If your package arrives damaged, send us photos within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll help you file a claim or replace the item depending on the situation.
What if I received the wrong item or a damaged item?
We require photo proof within 24 hours of the package being marked delivered.
If we made a mistake, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Do you offer bulk, business, or team orders?
Yes! We offer:
- Bulk pricing
- Company uniforms
- Sports team apparel
- Event merchandise

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes — bulk pricing typically starts at 10+ items.

Do you offer matching sets for couples, families or groups?
Yes! Many of our designs come in matching versions, and we can also create custom sets for couples, families, or groups on request.
I’m buying a gift. Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Yes! Add a note at checkout and we’ll include a free gift message.
Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee.
Are your products true to size?
Most items fit true-to-size, but some styles (like hoodies and joggers) may run slightly tighter or looser depending on the cut.
We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Do you offer kids’ sizes?
Some items are available in youth sizes.
If you need specific colors or styles, contact us and we’ll see what we can source for you.
How do I care for my printed or embroidered items?
Printed items:
- Wash cold
- Turn garment inside-out
- Hang dry or tumble dry low
- Do not iron directly on the design
Embroidered items:
- Wash on delicate
- Do not bleach
- Air dry if possible
- Iron gently inside-out if needed
Can I wash my custom apparel normally?
Yes, but for the longest life:
- Wash inside-out
- Use cold water
- Use low heat or hang dry
- Avoid ironing directly over the design
Are your products handmade or printed?
All items are produced in-house using professional machinery (Melco EMT16X embroidery, Roland BN2-20A eco-solvent printer).
Everything is made to order in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Can you help me design something from scratch?
Yes — if you don’t have artwork, we can create custom text-based designs or simple graphics.
For more advanced designs, email us your idea and we’ll assist you.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes! We save your artwork so you can reorder the same design anytime.
What if my design gets cut off or printed wrong?
If the mistake is on our side, we’ll replace it free of charge.
If the artwork you uploaded was low quality, we’ll work with you to improve it for next time.
