At All Branding LLC, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all orders. Please review the details below regarding processing times, shipping methods, delivery expectations, lost packages, and customer responsibilities.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States and internationally.
All orders are shipped from our facility located in Wilkes-Barre, PA, USA.


Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Expedited Orders: 24–36 hours processing time plus the chosen expedited carrier service.

    • Note: Free shipping for orders over $100 does not apply to expedited orders.

  • Processing times may be slightly extended during holidays or high-volume seasons.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers, including:
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

During checkout, you may select your preferred carrier depending on availability.


Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, weight, and location.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 and under 10 lbs qualify for free shipping within the USA.

  • Expedited Shipping: Rates determined by carrier selection at checkout. Free shipping offer does not apply.


Combined Shipments

We do not split-ship orders unless necessary.
We make every effort to send your entire order in one complete shipment.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is scanned as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen before delivery is confirmed, the customer must file a claim with the carrier.

  • We will assist with documentation if needed, but the carrier is ultimately responsible for the claim outcome.


Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or a product is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • A clear photo of the product,

  • A photo of the packing slip, and

  • Your order number.

We will promptly review the issue and provide a solution.


Address Errors & Customer Responsibility

  • Customer errors such as incorrect name, address, apartment number, or shipping selection are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

  • Any shipping mistakes caused by our team will be fully covered by us.


International Shipping

International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing and local carrier policies.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
