Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or refund requests under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, unwashed, free of odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, or damage, with original tags and packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Custom & Personalized Items (Important)
Custom-designed items, personalized products, made-to-order apparel, or items modified to your specifications are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
However, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Custom items may be refunded or replaced only if:

The design arrives damaged due to a production error

The wrong design, name, colors, or personalization was applied by us

The product is materially flawed due to our workmanship

The item is damaged during shipping and photographic evidence is provided within 48 hours of delivery
Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Custom items will not be refunded, replaced, or accepted for return if:

The customer uploaded low-quality artwork that results in printing issues

The customer provided incorrect spelling, images, or design files

Sizing issues occur (unless the product differs from the size chart)

The item was damaged due to improper care, washing, or handling

Normal wear and tear or misuse has occurred

The customer attempts to modify the item

The item is claimed as defective but evidence is inconsistent or incomplete
Care Instruction Responsibility
Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided on tags, packaging, or product listings.
Damage caused by not following care instructions voids eligibility for refunds or replacements.
Protection Against Fraud & Abuse
To protect our business and customers, we reserve the right to:

Require photo or video evidence before approving returns or replacements

Refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, alterations, or misuse

Investigate claims that appear fraudulent, excessive, or abusive

Limit future purchases for customers with repeated incidents

Request the item be returned before issuing a refund

Deny refunds if the product differs from the condition shown in the submitted evidence
We maintain these policies to ensure fairness and prevent misuse, chargeback fraud, or false damage claims.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
Custom or personalized items are excluded from the EU cooling-off period unless defective due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to process the refund.
