Customers are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to use any images, logos, or text they submit for printing.

We reserve the right to reject any design that contains offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without proper authorization.

By submitting a design, the customer grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Due to the nature of custom printing, all sales are final unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, product availability, or fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, designs) is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
